The news about Bob Woolmer's death was a big shock for me. He has been one of the most innovative cricket coaches and his demise is certainly a very big loss.
There has been quite a bit of speculation, especially because of the timing of this event. I personally doubt if it was a case of suicide simply because Woolmer had witnessed lows of equal magnitude & intensity in his career. In any case, there is no doubt that it is a great loss to the cricketing community.
